DEEP RELAXATION / YOGA NIDRA

In the conscious deep relaxation you learn to let go and relax on many levels. There are essentially four levels that resonate beneath your very pure clear presence of consciousness, the soul. These are the following areas:

  1. physical (muscles and fascia)

  2. emotional 

  3. mental

  4. karmic (deep thought patterns and attitudes/attachments etc.)

With the help of progressive muscle relaxation, conscious breathing, autogenic training and finally the millennia-old supreme yogic discipline "Yoga Nidra", you will experience particularly deep states of relaxation and consciousness, which will give you fresh energy, inner peace and access to your own joie de vivre and creativity. With just 30-45 minutes of Yoga Nidra you can achieve a recovery effect of several hours of sleep.

A session lasts 60 minutes in order to have time for introductory exercises before the actual Yoga Nidra begins.
