Sound journeys are offers for groups. Here, too, you lie relaxed on your back and listen to the sounds. Selected instruments, sounds and mantras are used in conjunction with visualizations and concentrations of the mind to cleanse and strengthen your energy body. The 7 chakras (energy centers) are the basis for this.
